Boundless God

Verse 1

You have a God beyond compare, eternal and infinite!
He sees you when no one else beholds
He hears your weeping in sacred silence
And turns your loneliness into praise, into holy love

You have a God of Majesty!
He speaks in stillness, in the wind — beyond all words
Your sighs become prayers rising to His throne
And touch the glory of the Most High God!

You have a God abounding in goodness!
Who holds you close when strength is nearly gone
Who turns your tears to joy, and brings life to the barren
God of all nations — in Whom dwells perfect praise!

He opens pathways, sheds light on the darkness
And brings full freedom to your soul!
When you can’t go on and know not what to do
He walks before you and declares: “I will make a way!”

Forget not: He is your Father, and you are His child
He watches over you, He keeps you safe and strong
This God is your Refuge, your Rock, your Fortress!

Tell me: what words could ever describe Him worthily?
When He rules the heavens, the earth and the seas with one breath?
No mind can grasp Him — for unfathomable wisdom lives in Him!

He subdues your foes — before you come, they fall
If you know another God like Him — tell me where!
For there is none! None compares to Him!
